These are listed as being by bakers and chefs the item we received was a polar ware brand

They are constructed of thick gauge aluminum and the edges are rolled over what appears to be a steel rod for strength

The only reason they get 4 stars from me is that i ordered them having been told that they were bakers chefs brand but they were not

In fact they were members mark brand a sams club brand and were shipped to me by sams club in sams club packaging not by the distributor listed
