Pros
Every ingredient is accessible, if you're adventurous enough to search for them. Overnight coconut oats – p 22. The berry coconut blend is lovely.
For those who are already fans of mr brown, this is a no-brainer. Nifty tip in his scrambled eggs 3.
Cons
Some of the recipes are obviously incorrect. The recipes aren't anything special or require something dumb (nitrous pancakes? If you don't weigh ingredients, recipes are pretty much useless. Some recipes are in grams, some are not.
The book is completely unsuited to the kindle format. It's okay and fun to read, but lacks the passion and originality of his earlier books.
It definitely is the former. Selfishness comes to mind. I was misled by the title.

First off to address the naysayersthis is not a good eats cookbook the science is not integral to the approach some of it is there
