Pros

My only complaint is the way it is shipped to me.

Tablets go down easy, no aftertaste. No drowsiness the next day like with sleeping pill. It comes packaged in 4 sleeves of 15 tablets. The dose on these are two pills, but i'd recommend trying just one.

Cons

The smell is a sour fetid odor. Contains talc and titanium dioxide, both known carcinogens. I suggest trying plain melatonin which is much cheaper.
