The rain fly does let some water into the tent when coming and going durring a down pour but it isnt too bad and since youve got one on either side you have the option of picking the down wind side to go into

All the water would bead up on the fly and roll off outside during a breeze or when i would shake it

My only complaint is when i lent this tent to a few venturing scouts for its first use they came back with a tore bag

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Not sure if it is due to the scouts or poor quality of materials

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

This is a short tent so getting dressed can be a challenge but thats part of it

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Like most tents it collected condensation so care must be taken not to touch the interior walls in the morning but leaving enough screen windows open during the day dried it out each night

This is my second alps tent and i would imagine that when it comes time for tent 3 it will be an alps

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The rain fly also does not come down on the side as much as i would like leaving the tent bottom exposed
