    But, we were just camping with a family using a coleman tent, and they pointed out that they expect to replace them every 4-5 years as they fall apart.

    Everyone else's tent either got wet inside or fell in the wind, and i was the only one who didn't set guy lines.

    The only negative was that the shock cord was snapped in 2 of the poles before we even opened it.

    If i'd have taken better care of it, and maybe pitched it in the shade or protected from the sun by a tarp, this thing would have lasted forever.
