    You need either the ruxc800 controller or a compatible alpine head unit to operate turn on the processor without a computer

    If youre using a factory head unit and set up the imprint you must use the ruxc800 controller for your volume control

    I found that this created a number of issues with using the head unit the worst of which was the hands free telephone feature was very distorted and unusable

    Also the imprint compensation made the sub very boomy the highs very shrill and the midrange very low
