Pros
It keeps cold things cold and frozen things frozen. Works great for freezing / making ice cubes and keeping them from melting. Freezer bags are by far the best resource i have for relief.
Interior is the approximate size of a square lunch box cooler. The interior is roomier than my expectations based on the dimensions. Only regret is i wish i’d gotten a larger model.
Eco mode alleviates any worry of draining your vehicles battery.
Cons
Tiny ice tray only freezes if you set temp to 32 degrees. Doesn’t hold temperature good if turned off poor insulation. It seems to work for awhile then goes into a mode where instead of showing the temperature it shows f1 and shows my battery below 12... Read More
It pops out. The panel is only clipped in. Now i have to worry about my refrigerators brain jumping out every time i plug in a usb device. Then unplugged and and put it away until time for my road trip.

At this price a no brainer imo
Good price my only regret is i only got one and i should have ordered a larger one
I bought the insurance just in case though as i do with all my higher priced items

The company was responsive and was shipped a new one that works great
I plugged the freezer in the day before our car trip packed it up and the ice cream stayed solid the whole 20 car trip
I received a free shipping label from amazon and simply boxed the original one up and returned it at the local ups

Specifically these alpicools are a fraction of their dometic and arb equivalents and i have had no reliability issues
