I find grippingholding to be a slight little harder than gripz for this i give gripz the upper hand but for ergonomics alpha is great
I can comfortably lift heavy weights with my dumbells now because of these

The one star dock is because they are a bit long for the dumbbells i use and since i want to blame someone for the inconvenience

Very happy with these and if you are serious about lifting weights to get into better shape iron bull grips will be worth the money and not a waste of time

Theyre contoured in a curve so that you feel weird if you dont have your hand dead centered theyre not straight
