Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a lightweight screwdriver that has the 4 most common 1/4 and 3/16 flathead and 1 and 2 point philips head. Comes with two phillips and two straight slot bits that fit into the *-end of the driver. Easy to replace dull or lost bits or swap out ... Read More
The handle is super easy to grip but slimmer than many others. Light as a feather, this is the driver i keep in my smallest portable kit where every ounce has to count. Very lightweight and durable.
The aluminum-alloy sleeve that retains the bits seems to hold up well, and the magnet is strong. I have sturdy one-trick pony screwdrivers for tough screws, but this is my grab and go screwdriver.
It's simple and reliable, not gimmicky. Astonishingly light weight which simply makes it ideal for all-day-every-day use.
If you are assembling an emergency toolkit for bicycling, the weight of every tool is critical. At that weight, there are plenty of circumstances where this could easily make the difference between having a screwdriver and not having one at all.
Cons
It looks like a metal blade that wraps with a plastic in the picture. They easily break at the first attempt to loosen a screw. The grip is not that great either.
Highlights
Quality
I own for 15 years now and love it i use on computers all the time around the house everything the best screw driver made
I like the build quality and how it feels in the palm of my hand.
I keep the most commonly used bits in the handle and i have never been zapped as a result of using this driver.
Bit holders on the base of the stanley eventually started losing their grip leading to easily lost bits.
Price
Price can't beat either, easy to replace, and interchangeable heads make it easy to get security torq bits for anyone who does ... Read More
It's worth way more than it costs.
Listen, this is cheap and nice for the price.
I paid the high price for a color other than yellow.
Shipping
I received this a few days ago, and i really like it so far.
Packaging/appearance
The tool i received was black & yellow, but otherwise looks identical.
Not orange like the one in the photo, or my old one, but black and yellow.
Competitiveness
I checked out other screwdrivers in this price range and this one seemed the best.
This is very similar to a stanley screwdriver i had for years, almost exactly.
For comparison i pulled an inexpensive chinese steel-shafted rubber-handled four-way screwdriver out of the kitchen drawer, and... Read More
