Firstly when i read that it lit up i thought it just lit one color and that was it

On the contrary throughout the cycle it starts as a dimly lit color then gradually increases to its full light then switching between the multicolored lights

The interior channel only holds about 34 of a cup of water so its very small but dont let that fool you
