You may wish to take a probiotic i reccomend enzymatic therapy acidophilus pearls in addition to your allicin supplement of choice just make sure your product contains stabilized ac23 allicin i realize that one of the many claims of allicin is that it does not harm friendly gut flora but i personally find it hard to believe that the allicin has any kind of ability to discriminate between microbes and while i did not experience any terrible side effects as i had with antibiotics in the past it doesnt hurt to take the precaution
