I was really hoping to find some meal ideas in this cookbook but unfortunately my kids havent liked any of the meal recipes ive tried from there

Many of the snack recipes manage to sneak in some good veggies like spinach green beans celery and carrots

For the snack ideas alone i think this book is well worth the purchase
