I dont know if this is an issue others have encountered but i was hoping this bag would last me at least a year so this is rather disappointing

I havent contacted their customer service yet but ive had good experiences with them in the past initially sent the wrong bag they quickly responded and corrected when notified and will update my review if they help me with this issue

Edit within two days of contacting them about the broken strap the company responded and offered a solution to make things right
