The only thing i did extra was cut part of the washer so it would lay flat against the grille on one spot

I screwed them in hand tight first and as the emblem was compressing against the grill it stripped the threads in the emblem

Overall im very happy with this item and just be sure to tighten the threaded screws into the emblem that way when youre tightening the nuts to flatten it against the grill they wont strip

I bought this used from amazon warehouse deals and it did not come with any hardware
