The only drawback is the brightness. Brightness is great provided you have the correct voltage.

By far that was the most tedious part of the hole affair my fingers were a bit raw after pushing that many leds in some of the leds have sharp edges looks like the factory didnt clean them all up

I didnt find the need to use the 34external34 separate power lines

But the project box i created also provides direct power to the on the wires where the signal is im not driving this from the arduino itself

I did not see a need to facilitate power independent of this but then i dont have enough lights for that to be required

These are defused lights they look great at night but at daytime its hard to see some colors
