Pros

Shih tzu is 12 pounds and he fits in it comfortably. Pound chihuahua fits in this perfectly and seems to like it.

The shoulder strap is wide and padded. I love that the strap is adjustable since i'm petite and needed to reposition where it falls on me. I only wish the strap was a little more padded.

It is well made, with a sturdy bottom and lots of pockets. Well made with good quality vinyl fabric.

Too big for a small dog. Not a 5 pound. Way too small for my 10 pound guy. Well made but made for much smaller dogs.

The bottom is a removeable hard plastic which again wouldnt be an issue but it certainly is not comfortable
