I have a german shephard that sheds often. This product really helps to keep my house clean in between the days that i actually vacuum. Hepa filtration to keep dust levels low while cleaning.

Great with dander and pet fur/ hair on floors. It has good suction power and has a good system for avoiding obstacles and drops. Comes with a stip which can be placed near areas where it may get stuck such as a recliner.

Cons

It's not worth the investment or the disappointment as a family member or friend. This is the first item i'll be returning for a refund in my life. I'm still under warranty, so hoping that's it.

It takes forever for it to return to its base unit to charge. I have a rug in front of the couch and it can’t get over the rug and under the couch at the same time.

Device is clearly unaware of the device’s sop. Voice prompts are a bit annoying and no way to turn them off.
