One of the button green did not light up as it should

Once installed i tried to see if the manufacturer would replaced the one button and amazon customer service said all they could do was for me to return all of it for a credit or replacement

There were some inconsistencies in the reviews perhaps because the item has been shipped differently in the past

Received today however the red toggle switch is not going from the onoff position
