Its not amazons fault or the sellers fault but clearly a packing mistake at the factory

Speaking of bad quality assurance in the packing department at the akracing factory these chairs are clearly made with high standards for perfection not a single bad stitch fray or blemish and although packed so that it could not suffer damage in shipping it was quite the surprise to find two 1cm rips in one side of the chair that clearly occurred during packaging

Thankfully the brackets and sidecovers are hiding the tears after assembly otherwise i would have shipped it back especially after receiving the wrong color
