If you mount this head vertically you will probably need to run the water close to wide open to develop enough pressure to drive water through the topmost nozzles and water flow will not be even

It also should say that it should only be used when the water supply comes out of the ceiling of the shower

We have good water pressure though if you have low water pressure this type of showerhead does not work as well

If you rely on a hard blasting spray to wake you up in the morning this is not the shower head for you
