Pros
The akaza can opener is perfect for those wanting a smooth safer way to have an open can. It opens cans effortlessly too. The rustproof stainless steel blade is sharp and does a great job of opening cans.
This little tool saves the day when my under counter one won't work. Quick shipping, great product. Works great.
Also in the box is little thank you gift of a keychain bottle opener. You also get a small (beer) bottle opener that you can attach to your keyring. Cans of tuna, beans, etc.

One suggestion is not to pick up the lid on the same place the can opener went through because sometimes it leaves a little piece on the lid that comes out with a little bit of the metal curled up. Opens all lids.
Cons
It's been discontinued. This makes it hard to drain liquid from things like corn, clams, beans, etc. No sharp edges to deal with and the lid of the cans comes off clean.

Even tried to put it on another shelf but the glue will not let it come off

The only down side to this design is the small opening into the inner workings while it normally doesnt happen stuff can get into this and then it would be difficult to clean out

These work well i want to thank those who gave this a 1 star because it does not open cans it is a jar opener so that might be part of the issue

It is also possible to place the lid back on the can to cover it again once it is open which you can not do with a traditional top cut lid

There is also a hanging hole on the handle so that it can be hung on a utility rack in the kitchen

To make matters worse it creates a vacuum in the water dispenser when it runs out of water

Handy dandy for when you need two hands to open a jar it can still be difficult but without this gadget i would not be able to open those impossible jars
