Pros

It is easy to insert once wet, stays in all night & is comfortable, definitely using the smaller blue one and it suggests continual use for 22 days. My other half says i still snore a bit, so can’t attest to it being a miracle cure!

Cons

These do what they say and open up the airways but that seems to have made my snoring worse. They are really uncomfortable and just seem to irritate my sinus.
