It is digital and it doesnt run all of the time when it gets to that humidity it shuts down

They are actually the 2 black tinted squares on the sides

The product is extremely loud on the high setting and it broke after replacing the filters the first time

The unit definitely helps control the static shocks and does make it more comfortable in the rooms on the first floor but does not throw enough moisture to treat the second floor of our place even on the higher fan speeds which are fairly noisy
