Pros

The bracket is legit moronic, but for the price the fan itself is amazing.

It is much quieter than the old fan it replaced. It is loud, about like a dishwasher maybe, but that was disclosed in the specs, so not a complaint at all.

I'm 30 yrs old and this is my second project ever in the house. It takes a smidge of force, but it goes. Very quite and moves a decent amount of air.

Cons

Low price for a high cfm unit is why i bought this brand, but like that old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Suction power is a joke. Buyer beware of this product and the seller.

Noise is like a lear jet flying into a gravel truck. Very flimsy with excessive vibration/noise. The panasonic you can barely hear.
