In the past when i would do some weight workouts on a bench using dumbbells i would first have to remove my phone and place it on the floor as i fear it may fall out of my shorts or worst that when i first pick up the dumbbells to put on my lap before laying down on the bench and lifting the dumbbells up to my chest that the dumbbells may be placed on the phone and damage or break it

Material is flexible and watersweat resistant but not waterproof

Does not impact the ability to use my phone other than the side keys volume and off button are a little bit more difficult
