It makes a persistent rapid beeping noise and increases in tempo and tone when it detects refrigerant

If the noise annoys you you can simply mute it and just watch the light bars instead

The sensitivity can be adjusted and if you think it gave off a false reading you can simply hit reset and try again

I bought a small cheap zippered bag to store it in i recommend you do the same as it simply stores in the box that it was shipped in
