    I havent run into this problem yet but i would imagine if your battery ran down through nonuse there is no way to get into the door as all adjustments must be made from the inside

    I did have to run to home depot to get a stanley 16150 150 series short blade 3piece wood chisel set to fit the latch assembly into my door as it was a little bigger than what i was replacing
