He always told me that this one was very accurate to the airline scales, if anything .

It also has a tare button to zero it out prior to weighing, and if the bag is not too heavy and you are able to hold it up for a few seconds, it will beep and display the weigh for a few seconds before resetting.

You can also select which unit of measure you would like it to display during the weighing process.

You can turn it on with a push of the on button or turn it off by holding down the on button until the device turns off.

When you do that it is nearly impossible to see the numbers so you have to have somebody help you.
