Basically if its flashing green then its not connected and if it flashes blue then its trying to connect

At first the two apps couldnt connect so i had to play about with my bthub settings and kept resetting the camera

Turns out i was resetting it wrong and you need to hold the reset down with toothpick or paper clip for atleast 30 seconds
