Pros & Cons
Pros
This is the first pie crust protector i ever purchased and it is a game changer. This one possesses all those qualities plus comes in a two pack, which is very handy. Other than that, it is stellar!

The issue as always with pre-baking pie shells or crusts? Maybe on casserole dishes too.
Cons

Was very disappointed that the curst was burnt. Back to foil. No instructions, nothing.
