I truly did like this product for my “nonbad knee” but that would defeat the purpose

This knee brace is one size fits most but unless you are some huge giant it will work just fine for you

I have tried a few different kind of braces before and its always the same issue they either slide down roll up and are just plain uncomfortable

It doesnt slide down and that is so awesome nothing like your knee sleeve sliding down under your pants while your out and cant get somewhere to fix it
