Pros
They are durable and have been the best braces she has tried so far. They help her negotiate stairs and enter and exit taller vehicles. Even with bending, sleeping, ect, it's definitely a huge upgrade from ace bandages.
The 3 adjustable straps allow me to tighten or loosen them as needed for comfort. The straps have a lot of stretch to them.
Cons
The middle strap is very long, not as pictured. When pulled tighter so that the velcro reaches past the patella the strap is so tight it gouges the back of the leg. They are not designed to wear on top of pants.
Instead of the hinged metal side bars, this only has some sort of light weight plastic inserts. It was marketed to me as a plus size knee brace in an ad on amazon. It slips down as all the others do.

The quality of the brace is excellent it is exactly as described and the size chart measurements are accurate
However i believe thats basically a problem with the knee itself as it is rather stiff and restricted in motion anyway
I still am tinkering with the fittakes a while to get used to something new

My complaint is that the velcro straps do wear out and then it’s no good have to replace it

Since i dont know what exactly is wrong with my knee all i can say is that what used to be a lot of pain while walking and standing is diminished to just plain pain sometimes surprisingly little while im wearing the brace

As i recall the demo videos all show people wearing the brace over stretch pants leggings etc

I dont wear those nor do i wear skirts i wear the brace under my jeans

This makes it very difficult to make adjustments to the fit without going where i can get some privacy to pull the jeans down

But if you wear pants that are thin enough to strap the brace on the outside you may have an easier time with adjustments
