Before deciding on keeping these i bought comparable pairs from under armour and nike and while these were a bit narrower around the quads the big differentiator with this pair is that they actually repel water and do not absorb moisture i ran all three pairs under the kitchen sink and only the adddias pair had that characteristic

After deciding to keep these and take them for a spin on the course they performed well and were cool throughout a 90 degree plus high humidity round did not show sweat and even retained the water repellancy after going through a wash cycle
