Set-up is easy (plug-and-play). Very handy. Touchpad with vertical scrolling capability. I'm a tax preparer and this is my busiest time late march - early april.

Scratchpad (mouse cursor mover) has a scroll bar on the right edge of the pad. I find myself reaching for the mouse, but i'll get used to the touch pad. A trackpad near the center of the keyboard works great for me.

They keys are mushy, this isn't a huge deal for me personally but i know a lot of people care about this. The keyboard needs something inside that area to deaden that sound.

The trackpad is unacceptably cheap. Often it requires resetting the keyboard by unplugging it because the trackpad starts jumping. The touch pad has a weird issue where it won't register clicks on either the pad itself or on the button beneath it.

The backspace key was so flimsy that it felt like it was going to fall off. This keyboard is not ergonomic. Typing is difficult because the keys are hard to press.

All are new and one component consistently stops working. This specific one is defective. Now in my 6th workday of awaiting response operating system is windows 8 - not as shown above.

This product is definitely subpar compared to the other one i had. Not useful, but their quality is unacceptable. It's as if this thing were buried in fine sand until just before being shipped.
