Pros

The lamp is sturdy and the shade allows a nice amount of filtered, but bright light through. The shade is white - perfect for modern decor - and has a slight horizontal pattern due to the fabric. This lamp is wirecutter's best floor lamp.

Well packaged, easy to assemble, quality design. Base is satisfyingly heavy. Drum is even classier looking than i hoped.

It provides ample lighting for our large living area. It emits just the right amount of light and is well made. Gives off good light- very sleek and modern looking.

Cons

Unable to be tightened further, leaving unsightly gap in stand, and unable to be disassembled. No harp on lamp. Proportions are off.

I havent plugged this lamp in yet but i have to comment on its packaging

I plan to buy more adesso lamps

I thought this might be a quality control issue and had the lamp replaced both lamps did not have a 3way switch

However the description says theres a 3way switch and there is not
