My old box file fell apart after many years use. I tried other plastic expanding files but found a. pockets were sized perfectly for A4 sheets but were quite a tight fit making it impossible to finger through the contents of a pocket without having to remove the entire contents b. plastic files had no handles for lifting or no lid at all. This box file is perfect for my needs - pockets are roomy and open wide, box file is sturdy with strong handle and stands firmly - no danger of it tipping over. The reinforced pockets give extra strength which my last one didnt have - that one lasted around 7 years despite being paper and cardboard, so Im expecting this one to last longer.  Read Less
