Additude magazine is a good resource for parents and adult patients. Lots of practical articles about living with adhd in all settings. It is very informative and useful. There is a lot of info but you have to take the time to find it.

Cons

If someone can stop their brain from racing, at will it's doubtful they have add/adhd. Additude studiously ignores the fact that add often has as many advantages as disadvantages.
