Pros

Love adc products and used them extensively in nursing school and practice. They are easier to inflate. Also, my ability to control the rate of deflation is much more fluid.

This blood pressure cuff is very sturdy and extremely accurate. I never worry about the palm gauge coming off the cuff while under pressure. The cuff also comes with a small clip on the back that makes it easy to attach to the cuff itself.

Cons

Shame on the company for pawning off such stuff at this price. The product is under warranty. I am a nurse, and this is a poor quality device.

The valve is machined so poorly it won't release air until it lets it all out. The bladder over inflates and the pressure gauge remains at 0. The cuff is stiff and is hard to get a good firm wrap around the arm.
