The chest strap is long enough for someone in an arm sling. The adjustable straps work great, sometimes a little close on the neck.

Cons
The icing device seems well constructed, but it’s too big to be effective. It claims to be good for post op shoulder surgery, but with the post op dressing on, this product is pretty useless. Do not buy.
The product didn't fit as needed, the seam goes down the shoulder separating the two gel pads. Did not fit 5’5” small woman. They need to make a size xs.

The over all build quality of the product seems legit so far
Easy to use cold reaches the area well can put a towel in if too cold for you and was not too heavy on my shoulder
Unable to use had rotator cuff surgery because arm band is solid cant wear with sling
The armhole on this wrap was so tight i couldn’t wear it comfortably for even a few minutes
Price
So i guess i’m out the cost of this wrap because i can’t wear it and can’t return it
