Pros

Each cold pack uses a velcro strip to attach to the wrap so you can position them where they need to be. I like that the pouch that holds the ice pack has a liner in it. The gel packs are great for cold or heat.

The activewrap foot and ankle wrap is a perfect product. It stays cold enough for the recommended 15min icing. It reduces swelling faster than disposable ice packs.

One thing to watch for putting it on is make sure the bottom strap covers all the hook/loop fasteners. The large/xl fits perfectly.

Love this product. That is the only reason i rated it at four starts. The ankle wrap itself deserves 5/5. Otherwise, pleased with purchase. Tempted to purchase another for my other foot.

Packaging/appearance

Icing helps me a lot and when i take off the aircast its mostly just to ice down

The ice packs stay flexible which allows them to conform to the anklefoot but the sleeves the packs slide into are somewhat stiff

With time i realized this wrist wrap was far better than the two other cheap brands i had purchased
