What i liked about these in particular is that the ear part was large enough to completely surround the outside of my ear so all the pressure was on my head and my ear tops or lobes werent getting pinched between the ear part and my head

I would say i have average sized ears if you have ears on the larger side you might not get this benefit as it was just barely off the edges of my ears

Comes with safety glasses very nice ear buds and the ear muffs

Not sure how biggerlarger sized heads would handle it because it may be a tad uncomfortable
