To break it i put it in a plastic baggy and break it on the edge of the table in half and then in half againi saw in the questions area that people were asking about yeast and why it doesnt say yeastfree

I can probably help with this and will explain the reason it doesnt say yeastfree is likely due to xylitol in the inactive ingredients although there is likely no yeast remaining and minimal to no yeast proteins

To try this product i broke one lozenge into 4 pieces and put 14th piece inside of my lip between lower teeth and lip

Most xylitol manufacturing if using yeastcontaining cultures would use candida yeast strains which most people cannot be allergic to since naturally in our bodies and on our skin our body keeps these in certain levels since we need but also dont want overgrowth but this would be removed in processing steps anyway
