I love it only thing is when spitting or brushing your teeth you have to be careful of what you are wearing or where you are or else black spots start spitting out

Contrary to most reviews i read i experienced that if you brushed your teeth for around 2 minutes or more the black charcoal color started to get in between your gums and stain the edges
