    The first unit worked for literally about 30 seconds, then i got a horribly snowy image and garbled audio.

    I tried using email support, but you have to use a web form for all electronic contact which mean going to the web form to send a reply.

    The ac adapter worked for the receiver, so it wasn't the problem queue the process to try and get it replaced again.

    Turn on the master first, then the remote and it will sync up on its own.

    Virtually no latency (the keen eye could pick up a little when bouncing between the two 200 displays).
