Pros

The problem was diagnosed and a replacement part was sent free of charge by fed-ex. There are several positive reviews on this guitar and they are all accurate. Absolutely no complaints.

This guitar is very portable and easy to carry. I wish the guitar case had a pocket and removable strap.

Has no inlays on fretboard, action a bit high but can be adjusted. Effects really sweetens things up and allows me to get a little more creative and edgy with it.

The design of it is minimalist and beautiful. It's light, durable and easy to take care of. The only thing that is rugged enough to go outdoors.

When amped, the freeboost effects sound fantastic. Inspiring to noodle through melodies and fingerpicking. Freeboost is simple and adds a nice sound and variety to everyday jamming.

Cons

There was a lot of fret noise when freeboost was turned on. Took it to a luthier to fix the nut and saddle per lava.

Overall, this guitar is way overpriced for what it offers. The effects unit is self contained and does not have a replacement battery, and must be replaced as a whole at a cost roughly 1/3 to 1/2 of the total price. Needs $140 of work to make it as go... Read More

Other than that i am happy with the guitar

I got a cheap 3034 wood travel guitar but the sound quality was too much of a sacrifice so i bought the lava me 2

Unfortunately i had a problem with the internal ampbattery unit

I am going with all new better quality machines instead

Ive been eyeing this guitar for a few years now and i finally got it once the price dropped due to its nextgen model coming out
