This information was provided to you when you forward us a return merchandise authorization request. The support team roche has in place is useless, barely can communicate and condescending to the point of rudeness.

This is a very difficult meter to retrieve data from. After a few weeks it lost its pairing to my app and nothing will let me reestablish pairing. Needed only the tiniest drop to get a reading.

The new improved test strip case is a pain to get the strips from, especially when it is full or near-full. The strips are not rigid enough. The test strips are tiny and hard to get out of the container!

The wireless bluetooth connectivity is difficult to pair. It takes 10 or 20 attempts to reconnect if you are extremely lucky. No one needs bluetooth and gps or be able to pair with other devices.

A wide unsewn section and cheap construction compared to the storage pouch that came with the first unit

The pouch that was provided with this newer unit is totally lame

Good system to check blood sugar levels at a good price

Sucks by not paying for the expensive sensors is cost prohibitive for me on a limited retirement budget

The test strips are way overpriced though

I did send in my warranty registration and i did contact the company three days ago with no response

I hadnt seen that instruction but i did get about a week before seeing the dreaded e9 battery message again

Smaller faster and i can email my doctor my numbers saving me that extra visit
