To bad you can't connect a second fan on it, but still it's an amazing product.

The fan helps a lot with air circulation and once you set it up correctly with the controllers, you are all set.

Can't even hear it on the lower settings.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Emits an audible but not obnoxious hum on higher settings.

I don't really understand the humidity sensor because the temperature is really all you need for a unit like this.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Okay, so this install was on a fireplace that did not have a fan installed.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Much if the time was spent maneuvering the fan around the gas lines and screwing some holes for securing the unit to the back wall.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I velcroed the control unit and bunched up some of the cords on the left side underneath my fireplace.

This means once the temperature reaching 95° the fan will kick on.

My advice:• locate where you would like to put your control unit first so you can route the cords and sensor properly.
