The item came and a part was brokenits plastic it happens probably done in transit

I emailedat like 7pm on a saturday them they responded the next business day early asked for pictures so they sent the right replacement and when i replied it took less than an hour to get a response from them and they are shipping out the part to fix it

If one wanted to mount it and drill into their rv then there is hardware
