The directions could have had a little better clarity and labeling but it was not terrible

The hole had a piece of metal in it that had thread for the bolt to tighten into but that metal piece was not fixed into place properly and just kept spinning

The canopy had a flaw and when i contacted customer service they immediately responded with an apology and said that a replacement was on the way
