Pros

Simple design, but very functional. Really durable. Rolls nicely and smoothly. Pretty sturdy too.

This product really works. That tells me i worked on them. I work at a desk and doing this several times a day will help. All in all its a good deal. Thanks for a great product.

Great for tightening up the abs. Doesn't take up much room like other abs exercisers. Great for flattening out your stomach.

Cons

It's more that i didn't find that it actually benefited my abs or my core anywhere near so much as any number of other things.

I use this as part of my hiit routine on the days when i cant make it to the gym

Having two wheels makes it more stable than the one wheel products

Every time i go to the gym the ab roller disappears so i bought one of my own from elite sportz
